Mudasir Ganaie’s blistering knock hands SCC Rawoocha heavy defeat in Dangiwacha Premier League clash

In a dominant display at the Dangiwacha Premier League (Village Level Super Knockout), Botingoo Blasters cruised to a thumping 9-wicket win over SCC Rawoocha, chasing down the target in just 8.3 overs at Bagi Firdous Ground, Baramulla on April 13, 2025.

The star of the match was undoubtedly Mudasir Ganaie, who smashed a sensational 62 off 28 balls, including 8 fours and 2 sixes, and was deservedly named Player of the Match. He stitched an explosive second-wicket stand of 100 runs in just 42 balls with Umar Hassan (24 off 19) to dismantle the Rawoocha bowling attack.

Earlier, SCC Rawoocha, having been put in to bat after losing the toss, managed 114/9 in 18 overs. Azim (36 off 32) and Javid Ahmad (19 off 17) were the top scorers, but consistent breakthroughs by Botingoo’s bowling unit restricted any momentum. Notable contributions came from Zahoor 05 (4-0-2), Shahid Ul Islam (4-1-1), and Mir (3-0-3), who choked the scoring in key middle overs.

Botingoo Blasters’ chase was clinical and aggressive from the start, reaching 117/1 in just 8.3 overs. Extras also played a huge role, with SCC Rawoocha conceding 21 runs in extras alone during the chase.

The result comes as a major blow to SCC Rawoocha, who will need to regroup after the heavy defeat. Meanwhile, Botingoo Blasters march on confidently, powered by their top-order firepower and disciplined bowling.
